"Bud" Tarrson Community Leadership Award by the Amarican Dental Association for his work establishing TeamSmile in Detroit, a mobile dental clinic partnering with professional sports teams around the country to provide dental care and awareness to underserved populations. If there are two things Dr. Ajluni loves is his hometown and the Detroit Lions. By partnering with the Detroit Lions and local Detroit school he is able to give back and make a positive impact on the lives and people of his community.

Dr. Alivia Stoddard

Dentist

Dr. Stoddard has been at TaylorMade Dental since August 2022. Dr. Stoddard grew up in Kirkland, WA where she completed her degree in Biochemistry with an emphasis in Molecular Biology at Washington State University. From there, she went on to dental school at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA where she met her Fiancé, Yousif. In dental school, Alivia received multiple awards and scholarships for her special interest and achievement in community dentistry and public health. She also is proud to have led the American Association of Women in Dentistry where she focused on improving the lives of Women and children in the community. After dental school, Dr. Stoddard worked in Southern California at a variety of offices before moving to Michigan to be closer to Family. In her free time, Dr. Stoddard loves attending sports games, cooking, camping, hiking and spending time at her new home in Canton, MI with her two cats and her fiancé.

To Dr. Stoddard, the heart of patient care is taking a personalized approach because each patient and their smile is unique and special. Whether a patient’s concern is cosmetic, restorative, or a dental emergency, Dr. Stoddard tries her best to create a genuine connection with her patients to provide them with the excellent, individualized care they need. While connections are an important aspect of dentistry for Dr. Stoddard, she also spends countless hours studying, taking continuing education courses to be able to apply the advances of dentistry to her practice.

Dr. Stoddard enjoys working and serving people of all ages and backgrounds, and one of her greatest experiences was to participate in three separate mission trips to Guatemala, where she worked with underserved communities. Dr. Stoddard has the personal mission of boosting confidence and positivity, one smile at a time. She is very excited to be a part of the TaylorMade family and to be a resident of the beautiful state of Michigan.

Anna

Treatment Coordinator/ Assistant

Anna has worked in dental for 30 years working hard to target our patients needs! She has moved offices over the course of time assisting. Recently Anna has been moved up to the treatment coordinator position because she sees the importance of talking one on one with our patients about their dental needs. Her passion in this field seeks out more and more as Anna helps grow the practice. Her favorite thing about her job is watching her patients happiness throughout the day.

Outside of work, Anna has 2 daughters 2 lovable kitties a doggie and her husband that she loves to spend time with along with escaping the reality of parenting and hanging out with her childhood friends! Anna strives on the importance of living one day at a time and makes sure every day counts! 

Lisa

Hygienist

As a dedicated Hygienist, Lisa has 36 years of experience in hygiene. She has consistently demonstrated her ability to put a smile on her patients faces. She is a dynamic and multi-talented individual with a passion for Dental Hygiene.

Outside of her work, one of her favorite things to do is spend time with her family and friends. She finds joy in gardening and going to the beach with her grand babies, as a way to recharge and find inspiration. Her love for her family fuels their creativity and keeps them motivated to continually learn and grow. One of her favorite things about her job is getting to know patients and having great appointments with them.

Assistant

Myrie is one of the full time assistants here at Taylor Made Dental. She graduated from Academy of Business and Technology High School, Wayne State University, and Dorsey College dental assistant program. When Myrie was a little girl, she believed she wanted to follow the path of health care for her future. After awhile she realized that working in the dental field was the perfect fit for her. "Being able to transform someone life through their smile is what motivates me and is one of my favorite parts of being a dental assistant" 

Annaliese

Marketing Manager/ Assistant

Annaliese has been working at this office going on 5 years. In her time here, she has taken on many different roles such as sterilization, assisting, and now she is in charge of the offices marketing. Annaliese attends Northwood University seeking her bachelors degree in business. "I come back here to work because of all the connections I have made with patients and because my employees are my best friends."

Beyond their professional pursuits, Annaliese is deeply passionate about making a positive impact on society. They actively engage in leveraging their skills and influence to drive meaningful change. With everything she has learned at school, she has been able to bring this office a lot of help. 

Outside of work Annaliese likes to travel with her friends. In the summer, she likes to lay out by the pool with her family and read. 

Hassan

Assistant

Hassan has been here at this office going on 2 years educating himself and working hard to get himself prepared for his future dental career. He is going to dental school to become a dentist. Hass works hard daily learning new things and helping our patients with all of their dental needs working side by side with the doctor. With his education here at Taylor Made Dental, he is prepared to take on the next step in his career.

In his free time Hass likes to play soccer with some of his best friends and hit the gym! His mind is constantly on go mode trying to stay busy and productive. 

Melissa

Receptionist

Melissa has worked in the dental field going on 4 years now. Two of those four years, has been spent at our practice. Melissa grew up in Taylor and enjoy seeing the smiles that that walk in and out of this office. Her favorite part of her position is helping patients achieve the smile they desire and gain back their confidence. Since she mainly works at the front desk, she first hand gets to witness the before and after of our patients work.

In Melissas free time, she enjoys spending her time with her husband and her two young children. 

Janice

Admin Lead

Janice began her dental career 28 years ago as a dental assistant and has been here at Taylor Made Dental for 10 years. She currently leads the front desk. Janice is very passionate about quality service and helping our patients. She strives to make dentistry understandable for every patient with her knowledge and experience. 

In her free time she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, gardening and spending time with her dog "Josie"

Debbie

Financial Lead

Debbie has spent her career here in this office. Her first 19 years found her as a dental assistant woking one on one with the doctor then the next 25 years as a dental hygienist Debbie is currently working to help support the team at the receptionist desk working with patient financials. Before working in the dental field, she attended University of Detroit Mercy with a bachelors degree in Science.
